Testing Services
Body Composition Profile
We offer advanced body composition testing on one of the top, medically precise, validated against gold standard measurement results, Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) device in the market (SECA).
This test will determine your body composition profile, including body fat %, lean muscle mass, total body water, and more.
Post test, results will be discussed with nutrition and human performance specialist, Victoria Burgess, Ph.D. to explain your body composition results and caloric needs for top performance.
Fitness Testing
This test will assess your functional strength, core stability, mobility, balance and range of motion. The results of this test will help us determine your current baseline fitness, address any limitations, and provide exercises to optimize your performance.
